PROVIDENCE – A ranch-style home constructed in 1947 and located near Wayland Square recently sold for $1.1 million, according to Lila Delman Compass, which represented the seller in the transaction.
The single-family home at 132 Humboldt Ave. was on the open market for six days before it sold for more than $60,000 above the listing price, the real estate firm said.
Residential Properties Ltd. represented the buyer in the sale.
The 3,400-square-foot home, located three blocks from Wayland Square, contains five bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
The home has an open floor plan, a recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops, a center island, and a sky light, according to Lila Delman Compass. The dining room features a nook with built-in storage, the real estate firm said.
The single-story home has a finished basement level with an additional living room area, along with one of the bedrooms and a newly renovated full bathroom. Other areas of the finished basement include an office area and a home gym.
