50 Cent – Doctor sued by rapper over ‘penis enhancement ad’ responds to lawsuit, claims he knowingly received free services in exchange for photo
Plastic surgeon sued by entertainment mogul 50 cents published a response to his lawsuit.
As previously stated, Curtis’50 cents‘ Jackson, filed a federal lawsuit against Dr. Angela Kogan, who he claims used a fan photo to promote his penis enhancement service. According to a report by RadarOnline, Dr Kogan has since responded, stating that the rap star has agreed to receive free services with her in exchange for the photo in question. Kogan also confirmed that the musician did not in fact undergo any genital surgery.
Koganwho was photographed thanking celebrities such as cardi B, Dr.Dre, and Tyga for doing business with his company Perfection Plastic Surgery and MedSpa, released his signature peace sign photo with 50 back in February 2020.
It seems that the Power producer wasn’t too happy with the photo, claiming in the suit that Kogan made it look like he had undergone penis enlargement surgery and used it without his consent. 50 vehemently refuted allegations that genital surgery was performed and wanted to ban Kogan of further use of the image. Vivica A. Fox, who once dated the rapper, confirmed with his whole chest that his famous ex is well-endowed and wouldn’t need surgery to build muscle. She said:
“Angela, you are lying…..If that’s the only thing I know is true, he didn’t need to get Nope reinforcement. It is good !
Now, Dr Kogan reportedly hired his own attorneys to fight the lawsuit. The surgeon says 50 agreed to take a photo with her in exchange for a free service, although she added that it was not penis enlargement surgery that the rap star had received. At Kogan’s the attorney released a statement, writing:
“Our clients have taken no action to cause damage to Mr. Jackson’s professional or personal reputation and will vigorously defend themselves against the frivolous claims that have been publicly filed against them and their burgeoning business….Ms. Kogan simply thanked Mr. Jackson for stopping by Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa with social media posts published in February 2020.”
“Mr. Jackson was aware of the messages. He understood that he had received the services of Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa in exchange for taking the picture with Ms. Kogan and providing Ms. Kogan and her business with the right to publish what had been captured.
At that time, the trial would still be ongoing.
