Bigg Boss 16 was a super duper season for the creators. TRPs are now above 2. After a few lackluster seasons, no one had huge hopes. But this current batch delivered the goods to keep it engaging and entertaining. Bigg Boss also plays with roommates. Sumbul Touqeer’s dad on the Weekend Ka Vaar and PTA meetings
This was the most shocking part of Bigg Boss 16. Touqeer Khan, Sumbul’s father, came on a Saturday and blasted Tina Datta – Shalin Bhanot on national television. He exposed the false love and obsession angle that Sumbul Touqeer was dealing with on the show. Later, the creators also called the parents of Shalin Bhanot and Tina Datta. No morning song for roommates
This time the Bigg Boss 16 house is like a school or an academy. There is an early morning exercise where everyone has to sing Hum Hai Bigg Boss Ke Vaasi… Many fans miss the crazy dances to the morning songs. Extreme ration shortage
Although Archana Gautam may impress many housemates with her excellent cooking skills, the fact is that food has been hard to come by for the housemates. From lacking basic milk for chaai to selling aata for a lakh of points, the makers made them appreciate the food and how.

Presence of Mahin
The presence of cute Saint Bernand Maheen was welcomed by viewers. The animal entertained the housemates and also gave us moments. With the TRPs doing very well, the makers have no plans to fire Maheen anytime soon. We love Tina Datta, Sumbul Touqeer and Shalin Bhanot’s bond with the adorable dog.

Return of competitors
Fans were surprised at how Abdu Rozik left the show for a while, returned, and again took a voluntary exit. Same Sadjid Khan left as he had assignments pending. In previous seasons, Bigg Boss was pretty strict about this.

Elimination by roommates
Bigg Boss left the elimination of Ankit Gupta and Soundarya Sharma in the hands of roommates. People are shocked to see this. Ankit Gupta was one of the season’s most beloved contestants. This was called unfair.
