“Secondary Year!!” the 16 year old captioned a instagram carousel post on Friday, Aug. 5, featuring photos from the professional shots taken for her yearbook, in addition to separate photos of her rocking a black sweater that read “Senior” in pink lettering.
A little after Honey posted the images, Pumpkin, 22, shared the various photos of Honey wearing a yellow graduation cap and gown.
“Today my not-so-little-sister had some senior photos taken [sic]“, Lauryn captioned it Publish That day. “I’m so proud of how far you’ve come against all the odds thrown at you. Here at Alana’s senior year of high school. Excuse me while I cry ugly LOL. We love our lana @honeybooboo [sic].”
Honey’s stunning senior year portraits have arrived just two weeks after news broke that she would be doing it undergo weight loss surgery in New York after her 17th birthday, which is August 28. High school student will receive weight loss physician sculpt suture endoscopy sleeve Steven Batash in Queens, according to TMZ. The procedure can cost up to $13,000.
A representative for Alana did not immediately respond to In touchrequest for comment.
On July 20, the Toddlers and tiaras alum spoke about the surgery for entertainment tonightnoting that it was “still in the works” and explained why she wasn’t quite ready to receive it at the time.
“I just want to make sure it’s really something I want to do before I go do it,” she told the outlet that day. “I want to make sure it’s not something that’s going to kill me. And I just want to make sure it’s something I really want to do before I go and do it.
Honey also admitted that she wants the weight loss process to go faster rather than sticking to traditional tactics, such as workouts and dieting.
“I know for a fact I could go to the gym, and I know for a fact I could diet, and I know for a fact I can do it to lose my weight,” Alana continued. “I will say I tried, but the only thing with me is that I have no motivation. I have no motivation to keep going to the gym every day. I have no motivation to keep eating healthy because I’m going to eat what I think is good. I’m not [gonna] sit there and force myself not to eat Caesar salad because I think it’s healthy. No. I will eat what I think is good. So, I just think I have no motivation, and I feel like surgery would be, like, probably the easiest way to just, like, lose it fast.
