“I changed my diet after a month in Europe,” the 54-year-old said. “We were in Europe for three weeks, then in Australia for a week, and I had gained weight, and I was like, ‘OK, that’s it.’ No sugar, no carbs, no alcohol.
Although her plan was to cut out alcohol, carbs and sugar for a “little while”, the star ultimately chose to continue because it was “so good”.
