View the hosts were caught off guard when a loud noise of flatulence could be heard during a moment when they were trying to deal with a liquid spill during the January 25 broadcast. Whoopi Goldberg reported the leak to the co-host Sarah Haines A little after Alyssa Farah Griffin started talking about the classified documents recently discovered at the former vice president’s house Mike Penceis the home of Indiana. Suddenly, the interruption occurred and temporarily distracted the five ladies seated at the talk show‘stable.

“We had a little spill on the other side of the table,” Alyssa said, laughing and looking a little flustered. “Now it’s on my pants,” Sara also said as she and Whoopi tried to clean up the leak with their talking point cards. Some audience members could also be heard laughing, but the noise was not picked up.
The unexpected and fun distraction wasn’t the first View hosts had to deal with other years. Last year the host Joy Behar fell headfirst as she tried to climb into the high chair the ladies sat on during the show. Her co-hosts helped her up, and luckily she wasn’t hurt, but it forced the show to replace the chairs with ones that were easier to get to.

“Twenty-five years, that never happened – who am I to sue?!” Joy hilariously asked as she sat down at the table.
On another recent episode, Whoopi was unexpectedly heckled by an audience member when they called her an “old broad” during a live broadcast. “I a m an old broad, and happy about it,” she answeredmaking others laugh and cheering him on.
Another on-air incident, later called “fart-gate” by the public, occurred in 2014 and was similar to the last fart-like noise incident. After a strange and funny sound could be heard during a chat, Whoopi claimed that she accidentally lost gas saying, “Excuse me! Oooh, oooh”, but when she approached him the next day, she revealed that she was not responsible for it and was only joking. “There was a sound effect that we had never heard before,” the comedian explained. “I think, ‘Damn, this is weird, what can I do?’ Oh, I know! I’m going to pretend I missed a little something. Like a joke.”
