Can the swamp be swampy? In Russia, the Moscow Helsinki group was liquidated
the Moscow city court liquidated the MHH because it operated throughout the Russian Federation, although it had regional status. A total of 11 violations were counted, including monitoring of courts, participation in online events and contacting state bodies.
