Slovakia is ready to provide Ukraine with T-72 – the head of the Ministry of Defense
The issue of Leopard 2 deliveries has not yet been discussed, but Slovakia may hand over Soviet T-72s if the Allies offer a replacement. The country has 30 such tanks in service, noted Slovak Defense Minister Yaroslav Nagy.
“We are ready to hand them over to Ukraine at least tomorrow, if we receive the necessary support from Western countries,” — said the minister at the briefing.
