Alexander Tyutyn was arrested in 2008 on charges of hiring a hit man to kill his niece. Later it became known that previously Tyutyn also ordered the murder of a family of four. The family, with two children aged 11 and 15, was shot with a Kalashnikov assault rifle, and then finished off with an axe.
