The armed forces of Ukraine are gradually freed from the occupiers Kherson regionand the slowness is connected with the fact that our army is not like the Russian one and protects its cities and human lives.

He told about it “Apostrophe” speaker of the international volunteer community InformNapalm, soldier of the Armed Forces Mykhailo Makaruk.

He confirmed that there is progress in the Kherson direction, a number of settlements have already been liberated.

“But – yes, we are moving forward at a slow pace. For the reason that we are not scumbags – we will not erase populated areas from the face of the earth, put thousands of our civilians and soldiers,” Makaruk said.

In his opinion, the battles for Severodonetsk and Lysychansk, when the Armed Forces of Ukraine kept their personnel, retreating to pre-prepared positions, are illustrative. The enemy suffered significant losses there and still cannot withdraw from them. The fighter emphasized that during those battles, the Armed Forces destroyed three tank battalions of the invaders, which prevented them from capturing anything else strategically important.
