Pedestrians struck by pellet gun in multiple incidents around campus

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — Marquette University police are investigating after receiving reports of pedestrians being hit with plastic pellets from a pellet gun.

Authorities say three suspects were shooting pellet guns from a moving vehicle. All of them were wearing masks.

The incidents happened between 9:45 p.m. and 11 p.m. Thursday night, Sept. 23, at multiple locations around campus.

The victims reported minor physical injuries.

Officials described the suspect vehicle as a dark-colored sedan, possibly a BMW.

Authorities believe this is connected to a similar incident that happened the previous night.

Anyone with information on these incidents is urged to contact the Marquette University Police Department.
